AI Chatbot Product Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for the overall planning, design, delivery, and promotion of a CS bot management platform including knowledge base, chat flow, ticket center, and related features.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, deliver, and promote the CS bot management platform
• Leverage big data and AI to improve customer service operations efficiency, including corpus training, SOP design, assistant reply optimization, and case summarization
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, and CS operations to achieve product objectives
• Review CS bot KPIs and user cases regularly to identify valuable insights and guide product improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Must have product design experience in CS bot (customer service chatbots)
• Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders
• Strong data analysis and user insight skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
