Senior Agentic AI Architect
Role Overview
Design and implement scalable architecture for AI-assisted data workflows, with a focus on enabling LLMs to enhance internal data operations through hands-on development and systems-level design.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI-assisted data workflows and agentic systems
- Build and maintain LLM-enabled services, prompt frameworks, and coding standards
- Develop semantic/context layers ensuring AI outputs align with business logic and data models
- Design multi-agent workflows including human-in-the-loop controls
- Build Python microservices (FastAPI) and deploy on Kubernetes
- Orchestrate data/AI pipelines with Dagster or Prefect
- Integrate LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) into event-driven architectures (Kafka)
- Optimize for latency, efficiency, and quality; drive reusable platform components
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in data or platform engineering with modern data stacks (SQL, dbt, Snowflake, etc.)
- Production experience with LLMs, AI agents, or automation workflows
- Experience building Python microservices and Kubernetes deployments
- Familiarity with data/AI orchestration frameworks (Dagster, Prefect)
- Hands-on LLM integration and event-driven systems (Kafka or similar)
- Strong systems thinking and ability to translate architecture into implementation
- Proven technical leadership with hands-on coding and architecture guidance
Work Arrangement
Remote within the U.S. (excluding CA, MA, NJ), with flexibility for hybrid or in-office work where supported.
