Role Overview

As an AI Agent Engineer, you will have a direct impact on the company's innovation strategy by transforming business problems into autonomous AI agents. You'll collaborate closely with business and technical teams to advance AI capabilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Understanding: Understand business needs and challenges, collaborate with different teams to identify their pain points and opportunities where AI can add value
• Agent Design & Implementation: Design and develop autonomous agents by co-building precise, optimized, and secure agents capable of executing their missions autonomously
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Implement monitoring tools to track agent performance and tool reliability, ensure maintenance, and guarantee quality standards

Requirements

• Experience with AI agent development and autonomous systems
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams
• Knowledge of monitoring, performance optimization, and quality assurance practices
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on practical implementation
